In an hour I will be headed to the airport to hop on a plane and go to Tacoma for the weekend.
One of my best friends from high school is getting married and I get to go!
ElCid was sad to hear the wedding is this weekend so he isn't able to escape with me.
The girls are being handed around this weekend to various friends of mine who I now owe big favors.
The wedding isn't until Saturday evening and I have all day tomorrow to do --- nothing, or something if I decide.
I could go to the beach, but probably not it's going to be 50ish and rainy, this is Tacoma after all.
I could spend the whole day at the library, just sitting and reading.
I could drive over to the peninsula and be an annoying tourist.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do but I will do it all by myself and that sounds really, really nice.

you should go to forks! I mean, you just go down around olympia and then right up to it. It's a day trip isn't it? I think I remember reading that somewhere...
Have lots of fun! Tell home I miss it and am coming back eventually.
I especially loved the part where I got a phone call and could just chat without a little voice needing you or traffic tormenting you or the sewing machine running in accompaniment. (We'll ignore the part about me being frantic on my end) I am also glad you sat by Uncle Larry for me in church and met all those 'new' people ;-Þ
