I forgot to mention when George and I were at the mall we saw a sign that said "Bait car in use steal one and you will go to jail" I'd LOVE to know how many people they will catch with that.
I've learned from Dateline "To Catch a Predator" that dumb people think it won't ever happen to them.
I've learned from my news here in town when they announce that the will have a speed trap at a certain intersection all day they still catch people there.
Just be aware if you steal a bait car it counts as an actual theft.
