This is a great book!
It has stories of many studies done on how much people eat, why they eat it and how to reprogram yourself to avoid eating it.
The ideas given aren't hard to follow and it really does point out how mindless most people are when it comes to eating and how our culture differs from others on the thought processes behind food consumption.
The author recognizes the fact that while fast food might be making Americans "fat" the company's aren't trying to make Americans fat. They are trying to sell a product and are doing a great job at that!
Go find it and read it! You'll be laughing while you learn about food and how to eat healthier.

I love this book. I tried to keep it, but you just had to have it back. Whatever!
I love the bottomless soup bowl.
